As my guest blogger today my lovely friend Barbara {Bea} Lowe so kindly wrote this post about me on her wonderful new blog so I thought I would share it with my readers. Visit her new blog

Garden of the Ancients for Marie Antoinette
Marie Antoinette Royale Pink Paparazzi
It has been almost five years since I first set eyes on the exquisite work of my dear friend Paulette. I purchased some stunning cards for my friends at Christmas from her Etsy shop, Paper Nosh, and from then on I was well and truly hooked. Most of her designs are based on the life and times of Marie Antoinette, she has loved this Queen since a child and I really think she must of been a lady of the court at Versailles in a previous life. To open an order from Paulette is literally breathtaking, the packaging......oh the packaging........is divine, and then the cards or invitations themselves.....ooooh......you will never want to send them they are so scrumptious, the color palettes and the German glass glitter.....be still my beating heart! I have even framed some of them, they are just mini works of art! Paulette creates her wonderful designs in a pink studio we dubbed The Marie Antoinette Playhouse! Her designs are her babies and you can instantly see the love and care she puts in to each and every piece, believe me you will be instantly hooked just like me!

Paulette is a wonderful friend to me, more than a friend, a Sister of the Heart, she has helped me in so many ways, sometimes she can be a bit of nag, nag, nag....hehe.....but in the nicest possible way and really she is a fountain of wisdom and knowledge and always there for me which means so much. She nagged me to start my blog, and I am enjoying it much more than I thought I would, she designed it for me and I think it has the Paulette recognizable style! I love it!

Here are a few of her delicious designs, more at her web site PaperNosh.com or at her Etsy shop PaperNosh.etsy.com and you must visit her delectable blog at la Pink Paperie the blog for Paper Nosh, just press the button on the right hand side of my blog. Have a wonderful weekend and take care xxx

Marie Antoinette Jewels from A British Eccentric

If you're a reader of la Pink Paperie, ( the blog for Paper Nosh) you know about my friend Bea,( Barbara Lowe) who designs such beautiful jewelry for her clients in her Etsy shops,

The British Eccentric  and
The Queen's Royal Rocks.
See the original article here.

Her Christmas gifts this year from me included some pretty Marie Antoinette cards titled "Let Them Eat Macarons", pretty pink concoctions of stationery cards featuring my favorite subject of course :)).   Today she posted some new jewelry in my favorite colors of aqua and lavender and used those same pretty cards for a backdrop in her glorious photos !  So you have to see them !
Her photos are always so stunning and her jewelry so beautiful. This gorgeous number I would love to take with me to the Virgin Islands in July to wear during our stay for my son's wedding.

Here are the cards that I have listed in the Paper Nosh Etsy store, where I have them listed with the glossy seals and matching postage stamps. So many of my clients have seen them in the PauletteParis Zazzle store and had me design them in my handmade version with the glitter that with Bea liking them so much, I thought they had better be listed for anyone else wanting a set. Who can resist a lovely pink Macaron. I wish I had one right now with a cup of my Orchid and Vanilla tea from Tea Forte :))

Make sure to visit Barbara's sites for more fabulous jewelry, vintage accessories and British Flea Market finds.

Dangerous Liaison

Today is my friend, Barbara's birthday and thought to feature her new line of lovely lace creations at her new Etsy store, Dangerous Liaison.

Some of you may remember Barbara Lowe from an earlier feature I did for her shop The Queen's Royal Rocks, where she sells her fabulous jewelry creations.

This new line of baroque lace and jewels with the gorgeous French flair is a bit avante guarde, a lot sexy, and presents a style beyond compare.

Take a peek at her shop and order up as each piece is an original and no one will have again the exact same design as you are wearing. Think of the compliments !!

Happy Birthday my dear "Sister of the Heart" !! I wish I could fly across the pond and bake you a cake and drink pink martini's with you to celebrate.

xoxo,
