The Sweetest Alice In Wonderland or What Two Year Olds See.....

Hi all...
Well I have had time to contemplate since I have been in bed with pneumonia ! Yes, can you even imagine?? I don't think I have ever been this ill and although I am breathing better now and not sleeping so much, and not hospitalized !! I have taken to my laptop to try to see whats going on the world.

I had since had a little Alice In Wonderland dress custom made for my little "Granddaughter of the Heart", Autumn......... So here is the little fantasy world I created for her from the cute photo that her mother sent to me of her sitting in a dining room chair in "The Dress". Well......if you know me that just wouldn't do...so my get well project has been this cute little collage of my sweetie. I hope you enjoy it !! :))  I don't know what rabbit hole she must of fell down this time.....but the mice are irresistible.   So welcome to Autumn's Tea Party !!

Time for her Glammie to sleep another eight hours to recover !

PS.  Entered this much much muchness to the Alice Blog Party today ( May 1st ).   My first blog party.  I am seeing so many talented artists out there.  What fun to share.

PSS. Thank you to everyone who has sent me well wishes for my recovery.  I'm not there yet as it is indeed the kind of illness that lingers on and on....better one day and worse the next.  It cheers me so much to be able to read your kind comments.  Again and again......thank you from the bottom of my heart !!   xoxo, paulette

French Studio Sign by Paula Small of Castles and Cottages

Follow my blog with bloglovin
I was waiting to post this thank you to Paula Small of Castles and Cottages until I had the outside of my studio painted and my wonderful sign hung on the front door but just couldn't wait to show you what a gorgeous job Paula did with my tag/banner design !!  Not only did she cut it in the exact design ( which I never expected she could do), but she is so talented she even got the fonts right and the colors of the French tag, which I had designed some time ago as such a cute new logo for my Marie Antoinette tag boxes and to share with you who wanted to exchange banners with me from this blog !!

THEN!!!  She wrote the sweetest and nicest feature on me that anyone could want called "Adoring Paper Nosh".   I think I cried when I saw it and then read all of the wonderful comments that others were leaving!!   Its so nice to have reinforcement for me at this time of transition.   I'm not working as much with the Etsy store closed, by personal choice, so I could take on more from PaperNosh.com in custom orders, wedding and logo design and licensing for companies setting up shop for the first time.    Its been wonderful to have larger projects that don't take as much time, but I do miss Etsy and my great customers there.   Plus missing the constant feedback.....( which is addicting :))....  I totally have loved reading these great comments !!   Thanks so much Paula.....YOU FABULOUS SIGN MAKER AND ARTIST YOU !! ......There will be more photos to come as we complete the pretty pink exterior, aqua front door and mint green trim of the windows on the studio :))   The sign will have a place of honor and get lots of attention as we enter my little folly !!

Take a look at the exquisite French signs she makes or have her custom make something special for you at her web site Castles and Cottages or her Etsy shop Castles and Cottages Vintage Handmade Signs.

Ta daaaa........New Blog Design and Alice In Wonderland Cards and Invitations Design

We have welcomed an "Official Spring and Happy Easter" with these new designs plus the new blog design that has been in the works for over a month !! I'm so excited and in love with all of it !!

The new cards ( Ok I know these are GIANT photos but wanted you to see the little cups and teapot and the "Eat Me" and "Drink Me" tags, plus Rabbits oh so petite tea cup ! ) are double sided and suited for beautiful letter writing or to have them custom printed with our Type-Set service for great party invitations. They are designed for two sizes......a 4 x 6 inch and a larger 5 x 7 just so the cute details are easier to see. I love Alice In Wonderland and wanted to design something with hot aire balloons so this is the result ........Ta daaaaa........

They'll be available for sale at the site over the weekend as soon as I can get them listed. In the mean time I hope everyone will have the loveliest of Holiday weekends and gather lots of eggs and eat lots of chocolate bunnies :))

À bientôt'~
xoxo, Paulette
